Duplin First Council originally organized as an informal group of volunteers all with a common desire to see Duplin County businesses prosper.
The group functioned informally for a short time and was formally incorporated as the Duplin First Council, Inc. on December 18, 2002. The Duplin County Directory of Businesses is our attempt to collect and categorize every business entity with an address within Duplin County boundaries. The Duplin First Council, Inc. has attempted to account for every business within the county, but is certain omissions and errors will occur.
